Appointments
Most appointments are 45 minutes. If you would like two appointments, for example; colour and cut, please allow for a 45 minute processing time between your appointments. E.g. Book colour 11am and book cut 12:30pm.
Bookings are accepted via our contact form, however for instant confirmation we recommend to book via MINDBODY. Don’t forget to favourite our salon, once you have booked, so it is easy to rebook.
Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. We have other guests to consider.
We have a 10 day policy if there is anything you would like to change about your style. We must do a consultation first to ensure we book enough time to accommodate your needs.
Prices and times may change annually. We are closed on public holidays.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours cancellation so that someone else may visit us. 24 hours is enough time to try and fill the slot with another guest on the wait list. Thank you for your understanding.
